REFUND POLICY
At Bedminster Boards, each of our products is handcrafted with care and precision, using a selection of available hardwoods and exotic woods. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed, except in cases where an error has occurred on our end.
If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Proof of the error (such as photos) may be required to process your claim. In such cases, we will either offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Please note that slight variations in design, color, and grain are expected due to the natural materials used, and these differences are not considered defects.
